  1. Contact your teachers within the first 12 hours. Online instruction is as important as being in class. 
  2. Find a dedicated workspace at home to work from.
  3. Make sure you have all you need to access classes
  4. Follow the class schedule every day
    • Work during your regular class time or work with your teachers to create an effective daily schedule. 
    • Know when each teacher has class/support hours, and how to access each.
    • District calendar
    • Bell schedule
  5. Daily: check your grades/progress. Weekly: review all classes with a parent.
  6. Have a support person at the school you can contact.

  2. Help them arrange a dedicated workspace at home.
  3. Make sure they can access their classes.

  5. Support your child as they check grades daily. At least Weekly, review all classes with your child. Be a coach and a support. Motivate and encourage. Praise success.
