Dear Parents & Students,

We are looking forward to the start of the 2024-2025 school year. Registration information will be released later this week. In the meantime, we wanted to help get everyone prepared, and provide a few business items in advance that you can check off your list or put on your calendar. All other information not included in this email will become available through the registration process.

• Counselors will be back in the office August 5th. To see your counselor, please make sure to make an appointment. Please make sure that you are using your WSD email or your email may end up in their spam folder.
• Counselors will NOT be available for schedule changes or appointments on August 16th due to SMART Start.
• SMART Start is August 16th from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the auditorium This is an Orientation for new incoming Sophomore students and new to Fremont students. More information to come.
• Back to School Night August 16th from 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Teachers will be available in their classrooms, please come in and meet them or get more familiar with the building. We look forward to seeing you.
• The Weber School District has a new Electronic Device Policy for the coming school year. We look forward to providing a better more balanced learning environment free from the distractions of notifications. Many schools have seen positive educational results after implementing this policy. We appreciate your support as we improve the educational setting at Fremont.
• If you have a Senior or Junior student who would like to register for a program through O-Tech, registration begins on August 14th & 15th in the CTE Office here at Fremont from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Please make sure to send your student with their Social Security number.
• Pictures for Seniors will be on August on August 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. at Fremont High School in the Cafeteria. For Senior Yearbook portrait photos, wear best dress.  
• Pictures for Juniors are August 28th and for Sophomores are August 29th. We will call students out of class throughout the school day by alphabet. 
• Please make sure to access and refresh your PowerSchool account by logging in so that when Registration information is released you will be able to access it.
