Cap and Gown Pick-up 2020

Attention To All Seniors

Jostens will be at Fremont High School on Friday, May 1, 2020 to hand out caps and gowns for graduation. It will be a drive-up delivery. Please enter on the southwest side of the school and the caps and gowns will be handed out in front of the school. A Jostens representative will hand you your order through your car window. They will be there from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.. To avoid long lines and wait times, the alphabet will be divided in the following 40-minute segments:

Last Name starts with A-H: Pick up at 11:00 a.m. to 11:40 a.m.

Last Name starts with I-Q: Pick up at 11:40 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.

Last Name starts with R-Z: Pick up at 12:20 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

If you cannot make it at your allotted time, please come anytime in the hour.

Please write your last name on a full-size sheet of paper (8 1/2 X 11) and place it in your front window when you get in line for pick-up. This will help us assist you faster. Also, you will need a photo ID to pick up your cap and gown.

To help expedite the process, please check online at www.jostens.com to make sure your order is paid in full. If a balance is due, please pay online or by phone at 1-800-JOSTENS (567-8367) before the delivery.

There are still several students who have not ordered a cap and gown. If you haven't ordered a cap and gown, you can still order one by calling 1-800-JOSTENS or order online at www.jostens.com. Please order ASAP so we can assure that we have your size.

Please make every effort to get your order on Friday, May 1st.
