FFA Cowboy Concert & Poetry Night - Dec 12th

Concert and Holiday Dinner: $25. Concert only: $10.

The Fremont FFA chapter is excited to host our Cowboy Christmas Concert and Poetry Night on Tuesday, December 12, 2023! The concert will feature the local western/country duo Stampede! and Weber County’s very own cowboy poetry legend, Bob Urry, on the FHS auditorium stage. This event will not only highlight these western icons in our area, but include an open mic opportunity for cowhands of all ages and experience levels to showcase their cowboy poetry skills. A raffle will also be done that evening (see details below.) It is our hope that this night will help to preserve the western heritage and traditions of western Weber County, and support the Fremont FFA chapter members directly as they pay for jackets, travel, and leadership opportunities in the upcoming years.

Tickets can be found at https://ut-weber-lite.intouchreceipting.com/ and are $25 for the concert and a holiday dinner, or $10 for the concert only.

Want to try your hand at cowboy poetry? We will have an open mic portion of the concert dedicated to all levels of experience! Sign up here to showcase your skills on stage!

Raffle Info: The Fremont FFA is raffling off a Lincoln Welder, A "President Taylor FFC" CB Radio, A "Camp Chef" Fire Pit, a "Bar Bar A" automatic horse waterer and a gift card for permanent eyeliner and touch up. Students will receive a $4 kickback for every ticket sold. The winners will be announced December 12th at 5pm during the Christmas Dinner. You do NOT need to be present to win.
