Principal Report- Alicia Mitchell

• Thank you for help with the secretary day.
• Thank you for the teacher treats. Still bringing cookies tomorrow.
• AP testing happening on right now.
• Awards assembly today.
• Today, Thursday May 4, CTE expo on Thursday at WIC.
• Tomorrow, Friday May 5, special education Olympics
• Tomorrow, Friday May 5, Puff 6 Theater production starts
• Wednesday May 10 is Nurse appreciation day
• Thursday May 11 is Mental Health Worker appreciation day
• Friday, May 12 senior cotillion
• Week of May 15 – Senior week activities, May 19 yearbook and Sr sunset
• Graduation Practice May 17 at noon at Dee Events Center
  • Email coming out to parents with graduation information
• Tuesday, May 23 – Graduation at 9 AM at Dee Events Center
• Wednesday. May 24 – Junior and Sophomore check out
• Thursday, May 25 – Junior and Sophomore yearbooks
• Friday May 26 last day of school

• Final Membership payment complete April 25th
• Finance report – Current balance $2659.04. Paid out PTC treats, teacher appreciation.
• Receiving donations and ticket sales for grad party

Graduation Party and Fundraising- Amanda Taylor

• Donation/Ticket update- time to start calling donors
  • $500 from Polar, $500 from Farr West Stake, $500 from Plain City Stake
  • Amanda will send out donor list and ask everyone to call people
  • Parsons donated 2 baskets, Kotopaxi backpack, basket and drink cards from Scooters, Minky basket, Cookie donations from Treehouse, Fizz cards, Kents, Remuda cards, Union Grill cards,
• Student Committee update; next meeting May 12 th signs/center pieces
  • Feedback is to go back to Student Government as planning committee for next year.
• Location/ food update- food ticket, wrist bands
  • Pizza, drinks, popcorn, cookie
• Vendors update
  • All big vendors secured.
  • Looking at vendor for yard games, individual games.
