1. Welcome- called to order at 3:00pm                              Kori Ann Edwards

2. Review November 2017 Minutes           Andrea Jones

Motion to approve: Mesia Murphy; seconded by Shelley Craig

3. School LAND Trust Program Updates                               Michele Parry
   1. Budget Review – New addition is on schedule; We need to find out what technology will be needed and who is paying for it. Michele is working with the district about this and will give us additional information in future meetings.
   2. Program Goals 1, 2, 3 – For the next meeting we need to look through and determine what our goals should/will be for the upcoming year.
4. Council Training                                                 Lynn Raymond – Quinn Henderson
   1. WSD Technical Training
      1. Web filters 2 that are provided by UEN; Each school level has different baseline policies, e.g. elementary, junior high and high school
      2. Social media – Youtube is set up for safe search/restricted mode; Facebook and Pinterest are blocked, with LinkedIn and Twitter being allowed at the high school level

   1. Michele will get a needs assessment put together for what is expected for Fremont to need for the upcoming school year and we will review in March and approve in April.
