Disclosure Statements

Each teacher will hand out or provide electronically a disclosure statement to each student indicating class expectations. Disclosure statements should include but are not limited to: class grading procedures, credit guidelines, expectations of class members, cheating policy, absences, tardiness, make-up work, fees, and any other pertinent information for the particular class. Please read theses class disclosures whether they are paper or digital carefully, sign it and return it back to the classroom teacher you received it from. Teachers may give participation points for returned disclosures.
