Treasurer Report- Anne Kendrick

• November/December Financial report
• November ending balance $2681.09
• Dec ending balance $2703.09

Fundraising—Amanda/Miranda

• 35 cards sold. Overall went well. We can consider doing this again in
  the fall.

Membership Report

• 127 active members

Principal Report- Alicia Mitchell

• Professional development for teachers this month.
• Life skills basketball game – 6 PM tonight
• Quarter ends Friday
• No school, Monday Jan 9, Jan 16. Half day Wed Jan 11.
• Mr. Fremont activities begin Jan 23
• Cash for Kids – helped 83 families in the community
• Battle of Bands – Jan 25

Legislative Report- Shauna Dalton

• Report on Advocacy Conference November 9th
  • Great event! Held at Mountain Ridge HS.

Reflections Chair Report- Trudy Petersen

• Region judging complete to Utah PTA Jan 16th

Other Business Items

• Completed Utah PTA report 15 November
• Fremont Council Scholarship due February 24th, 2023
• Utah PTA Scholarship due February 28th 2023
• Establish 2023/2024 Nominating Committee (3 people +2 alternates)
  • Amanda moves to propose Trudy Peterson, Miranda Hansen, Adrianne Gray. Cindy 2nds. Approved. Amanda will reach out to Trudy today.
  • Have committee nominate by March, ready to vote by April. Need candidates for President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, committees.
    • Becca Buck volunteered to be considered for Secretary
  • Send email from Memberhub to contacts, from nominating committee, send email to 9th grade parents.
• Graduation Party Planning
  • Venue reserved.
  • Make a committee plan.
  • Send google form to all seniors for input by end of next week to send out.
  • Do Bingo for prizes this year, one large prize at the end of the party for those still there.
  • Letters need to start going out this month for fundraising.
  • Amanda will send out letter to parents to invite volunteers. Will have set parent meeting.
