Membership Report

• 131 active members (4 new)

Principal Report- Alicia Mitchell

• 4/12 - Yesterday we did KSL radio show. Went great!
• 4/14 - Prom and Talent Show Assembly Friday, 4/14
• 4/14 - Spring Pack Party during lunch
• 4/15 - Prom
• 4/17 - Mid-Terms
• 4/20 - Great UT Shake Out
• 4/24 - Hope Night, 5-8 PM at Fremont. Will have speaker.
• 4/27 - Secretary Appreciation
• 4/26 - Job Fair, (consider asking for graduation donations)
  • Create letter to ask employers to donate
• 5/4 - Senior Scholarship Assembly 9 AM
• 5/1 – 5/5 Teacher Appreciation – 1st week of May
• 5/12 – Senior Cotillion
• 5/15 – 5/19 Senior Week Activities
• 5/17 – Graduation rehearsal
• 5/19 – Senior Final Assembly, Grad yearbook signing, Senior sunset
• 5/23 – Graduation and party
• 5/25 – Last day of school

Teacher Appreciation- Michelle/Melissa

• 2nd Week in May, possibly Crumbl cookies or other treat for all teachers.
• Admin Appreciation – April 27 – Office take over by PTSA
  • Lunchtime, need 4-5 volunteers here at 12:30

Other Business Items

• Register for PTSA Leadership Conference (President/Treasurer/Secretary)
• Cindy Peterson registered, Amanda Taylor (Region 2 Director so not out of our funds), Leslie Saunders may attend.
• Final Membership payment and close out April 25th

Graduation Party and Fundraising- Amanda Taylor

• Fundraising update
  • Letters were sent in March; donations are coming in
  • Will start calling for donations in May
  • Fremont 5 will pay for an event, working on setting up a grant partnership

  • Have a student create Instagram page to track info, photos
