Treasurer Report – Anne Kendrick
 Paid Reflections fee to council
 Paid scholarship fee to council
 Just received $300 from Northwest Alcohol Grant from last year’s party
 Insurance is renewed
 Wreath cost was $256 ($17 tax)
 Currently we have $4500.50
Fundraising – Amanda/Miranda
 Kicked off Twisted Sugar fundraiser
 Posted graphic on Facebook
 Will add to Pack TV/ FHS announcements
Teacher Grant Presentation – Cindy Peterson
 6 grant requests submitted
 Amanda moves that we increase the teacher grant budget to by $891 to fulfill
all the grants requests, Miranda 2nd. Discussion – It won’t impact our budget
negatively, so it will be great to cover all the grants. Motion approved
 Votes include Amanda Taylor, Cindy Pendleton, Adrienne Gray, Alicia
Mitchell, Miranda Hansen, Christy Warr in person. Email approved votes by
Sue Holmes, Kevin Pendleton, Shauna Dalton.
 Cindy will communicate awards to teachers, need to have it spent by March
31
 We will also share awards on Facebook group
Membership Report
 123 active members
Teacher/ Faculty Appreciation
 Chocolates shared with bus drivers.
Principal Report – Alicia Mitchell
 Today during FLX Ms. Rodeo Ogden is coming to speak for an assembly.
 Anastasia play is opening this month.
 Sadies dance is this coming Saturday – Nov 5

 UScience – similar to ASVAB test. All students will participate during FLX
class. This is a skills assessment test, coming from the state.
 Kash 4 Kids is starting now. Basket deadline is Nov 18. This is one of the few
things that is school wide that everyone works towards one common goal.
 Christmas Tree Jubilee is coming up Nov 23 – 25. Jodi Tippets makes the
wreath.
 New Fundraising ideas from the teachers –
o Sell flowers at the play – teachers loved that idea
 Amanda will call her cousin at Jimmy’s to see if they can help
donate the flowers.
 Consider doing Friday and Saturday night.
o Food Truck days – Have a food truck come and give a % back to the
group. Have to plan ahead for lunch plans
o Basketball concessions night – can sell Twisted Sugar fundraising cards
as well. Will get info from Alicia.

Legislative Report – Shauna Dalton
 Attending Advocacy Conference Nov 9
Reflections Chair Report – Trudy Peterson
 7 entries -1 in dance, 1 in music, 1 in film. All entries are moving on to region.
We will have 5 excellent, 2 merits
Other Business
 Wreath will be dropped at district next week
 Fremont Council PTA Scholarship applications due Feb 24th 2023, will be 4
$1000 scholarships
 Utah PTA is doing 4 $1000 scholarships, applications due March 1, 2023
 Still looking for Grad Party chair. We have solidified the location already
